Refund policy
1. Refund eligibility
Customers are entitled to a full refund for their ticket or registration fee if the refund request is submitted no later than 7 days prior to the event. For the upcoming event, the final day to request a refund is 21 August 2026. Refund requests received after this date are not eligible.
A full refund will be granted when:
· The customer cancels before the refund deadline
· The event is cancelled or rescheduled
2. Non‑refundable after deadline
Refunds are not available after 21 August 2026 or within 7 days of the event, except where required under Australian consumer law or in the case of:
· Event cancellation
· Significant changes to the event that materially affect attendance
3. Refund request process
To request a refund, customers must:
· Submit a written request before the refund deadline
· Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt,or confirmation email)
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Ticket transfers
If the refund deadline has passed, customers may transfer their ticket to another person. Ticket transfers must be completed before the event begins.
To transfer a ticket, the original ticket holder must provide:
· The new attendee’s full name
· Contact details
· Any additional information required for registration updates
No transfer fees apply unless otherwise stated.
5. Event cancellation or rescheduling
If the event is cancelled, all customers will receive a full refund, regardless of the date. If the event is rescheduled, customers may choose to:
· Receive a full refund
· Transfer their ticket to the new event date
· Transfer their ticket to another person
